Complimentary Pass Application Criteria

Young Leaders' Night is dedicated to highlighting the next generation of CRE leaders. Sponsored passes are awarded based on select eligibility guidelines. Please note: There are a limited number of sponsored tickets available, and submitting an application is not a guarantee of receiving a complimentary pass.

To qualify for a complimentary ticket, individuals must satisfy all of the 4 below criteria:

(a) Role & Focus: Be an active startup founder, real estate student, early career professional, or academic researcher with a primary focus in AI, PropTech, or commercial real estate innovation.
(b) Engagement: Demonstrate a commitment or active contribution to advancing technological workflows, investments, or sustainability within the commercial real estate space.
(c) Registry Consent: Consent to have professional profiles listed in the attendee registry and participate actively in the curated roundtable discussions.
(d) Event Promotion: Agree to actively share and promote Young Leaders' Night on LinkedIn or other professional networks prior to the event to help raise awareness in the CRE community.

Important Note: This application is strictly for a complimentary ticket pass to the event. This sponsored pass does not cover, reimburse, or include any travel, hotel lodging, meals, entertainment, or other personal expenses associated with attending.
