This Privacy Policy describes how PKNIC and Market Stadium (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information in connection with Young Leaders’ Night and related websites and services. Contact: cre.support@pknic.club.

We collect information you provide when you register, purchase tickets, create an account, RSVP, apply, or use event features (such as the leaderboard), including name, email address, company, job title, industry or sector, and similar professional details. We also receive payment-related metadata through our payment processor (for example, Stripe), account authentication data, and information you submit for referrals or social-share verification. Optional event feedback may include your attendance response, event rating, preferred quarter for a future event, format preference, and topic suggestions; the feedback form may also collect your email address to connect your responses with your event experience and send event updates. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Your information is shared between PKNIC and Market Stadium to organize Young Leaders’ Night.

We may share limited professional directory information with official event sponsors at the Silver Partner tier or higher (including sponsors operating within your industry category) for professional networking, event ROI assessment, and related business purposes. That directory information is limited to:

• Name
• Job title
• Company

We share your email address with official event sponsors only when you provide separate, affirmative opt-in consent during registration (or later in your account) to receive offers, news, and updates from those sponsors. We document and retain records of that email opt-in consent.

We do not share LinkedIn URLs, payment details, ticket or confirmation codes, interests, or leaderboard activity with sponsors under this policy. We use service providers (such as payment, hosting, database, and email providers) to operate the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to data brokers. We only share limited registration details with official event sponsors as described above.

5. Marketing and Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing communications from us or our sponsors at any time by using unsubscribe links in emails or contacting cre.support@pknic.club. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages needed for your ticket or the event.

6. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information (including secure cloud storage) to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised in connection with our services, contact us promptly at the email above. We retain information as needed for event operations, legal, and legitimate business purposes, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

Our services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
