By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or otherwise using the Young Leaders’ Night website and related services operated by PKNIC and Market Stadium (together, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not register or purchase a ticket. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Young Leaders’ Night is a professional networking event in New York City. Registration and ticket purchase may include personal profile information, payment processing, account creation, and event communications. Promo or discount codes, if offered, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited or revoked for misuse.
Ticket prices and fees are shown at checkout. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, or if we cancel the event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If we cancel the event, we will provide a refund or other remedy we reasonably determine. We may modify event dates, speakers, venue details, or content; such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
How we collect, use, and share information is described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you acknowledge that we may share your name, job title, and company with official event sponsors as a professional directory listing. Your email address is shared with sponsors only when you provide separate, affirmative opt-in consent. Event and transactional messages (such as ticket confirmations) may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission, cancel a registration, or remove anyone from the event for conduct we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, PKNIC and Market Stadium are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your registration, ticket purchase, attendance, or use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the event lies in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or event services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions: cre.support@pknic.club.
